Steve Harvey mistakenly curses on Twitter "T*ngina nyo Philippines"

Steve Harvey is currently being roasted by people all over the world because of his mistake during the announcement of the winner for the Miss Universe title. Harvey announced that the first runner up was Pia Wurtzbach, Philippines. Instead of Miss Colombia.

Harvey took responsibility for what happened and apologized to the viewers and to Miss Colombia, even on his twitter page. But seems like a Filipino friend of the Host trolled him after teaching the host that the "Tagalog" for "I'm sorry" is "Tangina nyo".

"As my Filipino friend taught me, T*ngina nyo Philippines. I'm very sorry for what Happened during the announcement."

This of course, was not correct and angered more Filipinos on twitter since the words "T*ngina nyo" is not an expression of apology. The expression was derived from "P*tangina nyo" which translates to "Your mothers are whores". The host deleted the tweet a few moments later but the screenshot is now spreading all over the social media.

    1. Dunno 'bout you but looks like someone's either mad or retarded
      >why trust a friend when there's google translate?
(because he wants to either heat up the flames for some reason or he hates us for getting mad at him)
Honestly, he keeps making bad moves one after the other
As a quote from some author "Its easy to say sorry; whats hard is being the person to forgive him"

    2. A person who would rather trust Google translate rather than his friends. Just Wow.

    1. Note there's google translate which anyone with half-a-brain can check. Its either he really wanted to curse and get away because "As a fillipino friend told me" is clearly a getaway free card. Or he's that mentally challenged

    5. Third World mentality, ulol. Pinoy ka rin. I'd rather have 3rd world ignorance than 1st world arrogance where people shoot each other left and right, innocent or not.

    6. Its not in the third world mentality or first. All of you guys are human. And the way you are all bashing each other here proves your INDIVIDUAL SHITTY PERSONALITIES. Of course I came here because I have a bad personality myself. At least I'm not ignorant or arrogant of that.

  7. Steve Harvey committed a monumental blunder - a mistake nobody in his right frame of mind would commit. Good for him, he is being bashed for it! And not the other way around --the bashers are the ones being bashed! Neither that we are a third country that we must not utter even a hu or a errr...He put Colombia and the Philippines on the spot so we have all the rights in the world to react negatively on his action. However, he had owned up the mistake. I think that ends the argument. The mistake has been corrected. Case closed. Time to move on.

  12. Bottom line guys, let us be sensitive. Let us be more responsible for what we post online bcoz a kot of people can read it. Bakit kelangan natin maging arogante sa social media. Marami sa atin hindi pa narealize we are pulling ourselves down sa mga pinopost natin in fact dumadami mga naiirita at nadidismaya sa mga pinoy. We were once known as a country of great and amazing people. We have the right to celebrate and be proud but why do we have to resort to bashing. We tend to take things personally kahit wala tayo kinalaman sa mga ngyayari. This is just my opinion guys. Totoo man ito or just a hoax, we should learn to communicate with sense hindi lang puro murahan at laitan. If you can't do it for yourself, at least behave accordingly for the sake of your fellow citizens. Peace guys and let's celebrate!!!
